The Gas City Igniters are Medicine Hat's Junior Level 3 Roller Derby team.

Level 3 roller derby is played full contact, at the same rule set as the adult team.

​

The Igniters are an incredibly strong team of amazing skaters who prove their worth over and over on the track.

​

GCRDA is so proud to have had several Igniters make it onto Team Canada Junior Roller Derby in 2020, 2023, and 2025. Three of our skaters competed in the Junior World Cup championships in 2023 in France, bringing home a Bronze medal.
